The agreement between you and Boswell — the platform, the providers, and the pharmacy.
By accessing or using Boswell ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Boswell is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed medical providers. Boswell does not practice medicine and is not a pharmacy. The licensed providers on our platform are independent professionals who make all clinical decisions. Compounding pharmacies that fill prescriptions are separately licensed and regulated entities.
The content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your own physician before starting any new medication or supplement. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved drug products and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality.
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee membership, a prescription, or delivery of any product. Membership is subject to provider evaluation and prescription. Boswell reserves the right to decline service to any applicant.
All medications dispensed through Boswell require a valid prescription from a licensed provider. No medication will be dispensed without a prescription. Provider consultations are conducted asynchronously or via video depending on state requirements.
Referral credits ($25 per completed referral) are issued as account credit applicable to future orders. The 25% early-member discount applies one time to a waitlist member's first month of service at launch, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers. Boswell reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program and any promotional discount at any time with reasonable notice.
For prescribed members, medication pricing includes U.S. cold-chain overnight shipping from the dispensing pharmacy after the prescription is approved and compounded. Packages are shipped in insulated, temperature-managed packaging and tracked door to door.
Because compounded prescription medications are prepared and dispensed for an individual patient, medications cannot be returned after dispensing or shipment. If an order arrives damaged, delayed, warm, missing, or otherwise concerning, contact Boswell or the dispensing pharmacy before using the medication so the issue can be reviewed.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Referral credits accrued remain in your account and may be applied if you return.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boswell's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
