• Health history and intake information submitted during provider assessment
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment processor

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source via our analytics provider (PostHog). PostHog stores a randomly generated identifier in a cookie or in your browser's local storage so we can recognize repeat visits and measure how our site is used.

How we use your information.

• Connect you with licensed medical providers for evaluation and prescription
• Process and fulfill orders through our compounding pharmacy partners
• Send you updates about your membership, orders, and check-ins
• Administer our referral and ambassador program
• Improve our services and communicate with you

Health information.

Health information you provide during your intake is shared with the licensed medical provider who evaluates you. We treat this information with the same protections as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA where applicable. We do not sell your health information.

Sharing your information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Licensed medical providers who evaluate and prescribe for you
• Licensed compounding pharmacies that prepare and ship your medication
• Service providers who help us operate the platform — hosting, payment processing, email delivery
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

Data retention.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services. Health and prescription records are retained as required by applicable law and medical regulations.

Cookies & tracking.

Our analytics provider (PostHog) uses a first-party cookie or local-storage entry to assign your browser a randomly generated identifier. This lets us measure repeat visits and understand how the site is used; it is not used to track you across other websites or to serve advertising. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
