About Boswell.

What we do, who's behind it, and where we operate.

What is Boswell?

Boswell connects you to licensed medical providers who evaluate your health and prescribe personalized peptide protocols — all online, in all 50 states.

How does Boswell work?

Complete a health assessment online (about 10 minutes). A licensed provider reviews your intake and designs your protocol. Your compounded peptides ship to your door for free. Monthly check-ins keep your dosing optimized as your body responds.

Who are the providers at Boswell?

Board-certified physicians and licensed nurse practitioners with expertise in peptide therapy, functional medicine, and sports medicine — each licensed in your state.

What states is Boswell available in?

All 50 US states. We partner with licensed providers across the country so you can access personalized peptide therapy wherever you live.

Therapy & safety.

The medicine itself — what it is, what it isn't, and how we keep it safe.

Are peptides safe?

When prescribed by a licensed provider and sourced from a licensed compounding pharmacy, peptides have an established safety record in clinical and functional medicine settings. Your provider discusses potential side effects specific to your protocol.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes — all peptides dispensed through Boswell are Rx Only and require a valid prescription from a licensed provider. Your provider consultation is included in your plan at no extra charge. We never dispense without a prescription.

Can I stack multiple peptides?

Yes — many of our members use combination protocols. Providers determine appropriateness based on health profiles and goals.

How long until I see results?

BPC-157 users often notice recovery improvements within 2–4 weeks. CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin typically shows changes in sleep quality, energy, and body composition after 4–8 weeks. Individual timelines vary.

Pharmacy & labs.

Where the medication comes from, and the labs that some protocols require.

How are peptides compounded?

Boswell partners exclusively with state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that follow USP Chapter 797 standards for sterile preparation.

Will I need lab work?

For some protocols (particularly growth-hormone-stimulating peptides like Sermorelin and CJC-1295), your provider may request baseline labs before prescribing — including IGF-1 levels.

Membership & pricing.

What's included, how billing works, and the early-member referral mechanic.

Do I need insurance?

No — Boswell is a direct-pay service with all-inclusive transparent pricing. No claims, no surprise bills. Provider consultation, medication, and shipping are all included. Many plans are HSA/FSA eligible — consult your plan administrator.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — Boswell has no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your member dashboard with no cancellation fees.
